Return and Refund Policy
Returns are possible within 14 days:
Products must be in their original condition and bear the original tags.
The packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.
Returned items must not show any signs of use.
Please note the following: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Always make sure your package is marked with a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded unless proof of posting with a track and trace code is provided. Returns by mail without a tracking code are at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the merchandise and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you by email once we receive your return. Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been delivered to us and inspected, and the purchase amount will be credited to your account shortly thereafter.
Order cancellation
You can only cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Contact us quickly if you wish to cancel your order. We will attempt to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has been processed or shipped. If cancellation is not possible, you will need to follow the standard return procedure.

Did you order the wrong item or size?
If you receive the wrong item or size, we will send you the correct item free of charge.
Refund
We refund our returns within an average of 3 to 5 business days of receiving the item from our warehouse.

Please note that there may be a high return shipping cost to China of ≈ €30. This is only an estimate, and the actual cost may vary depending on factors such as package weight, size, and additional DHL charges .
Note: For returned, refused, or abandoned orders, a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and handling costs.
Items that arrive late due to unpaid fees or are held in customs will not be eligible for a refund and will be issued using the original payment method or an alternate method if necessary after inspection at the central warehouse.
IMPORTANT:
- Orders returned to an incorrect or invalid address will not be refunded.
- The return address is not our website address - due to small warehouse.
